In January 2006, David Scheidel & Timothy Sullivan established Scheidel & Sullivan, CPA LLC. The firm currently maintains its offices at 145 N. Franklin Turnpike, Suite 303, Ramsey, New Jersey and offers a variety of accounting, tax and other services to closely held businesses and individuals.
THE FIRM'S MANAGEMENT
David received his accounting degree from Rutgers University in 1983. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), and the Personal Financial Planning Committee of the NJSCPA. He is a Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) in the states of New Jersey, New York, Connecticut and Florida and also holds the credential of Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) awarded by the AICPA.
Timothy J. Sullivan, CPA/ABV, CVA
Tim received his accounting degree from Villanova University in 1988. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey and New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants (NJSCPA), New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA), the Cooperation with Bankers Committee and Litigation Services Committee of the NJSCPA. He also holds the designations of Accredited in Business Valuation (ABV) awarded by the AICPA and Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) awarded by NACVA.

All members of the firm are required to adhere to the AICPA rules of professional conduct as well as the rules set forth by the State Boards of Accountancy.

DEVELOPMENT
All professionals on staff receive continuing education each year. Training classes both internally and through outside organizations cover a wide variety of topics, which help us to maintain our abilities to meet our clients’ needs. Each member of the professional staff receives, at a minimum, annual continuing education credits required by the New Jersey State Board of Accountancy as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
